In the water

In addition to the land-based practices (ribcage and diaphragm mobilisation and stretching, breathing practices) we explore in-water breath-holds, in a pool.

The weightlessness, silence and disruption of the relationship with time that water offers are an invitation to immerse oneself in the sensations of letting go, fulfilment and serenity that can unfold in these spaces between two breaths.

The combined effects of breathing and water lead to a disconnection from the mind, and to be in a direct physical and emotional perception – it is a journey inward, a reconnection with oneself through letting go and relaxation.
