Through ribcage and diaphragm mobilisation and stretching, as well as through breathing exercises, I guide you in developing a better awareness of your breathing and improve it.
The practices we experiment enable to reconnect with one’s body, better channel one’s mind, tame one’s emotions, and contribute to a state of general well-being, good health, and physical and mental performance.
These sessions can be individual or group sessions.
